1. Logistics & Shipping Partner

To ensure secure and reliable delivery across all regions, all our physical orders—including exam preparation books and printed study materials—are dispatched and tracked through our authorized logistics partner, Shiprocket. Shiprocket coordinates with top-tier domestic courier services to deliver packages directly to your address.

2. Dispatch & Standard Delivery Timelines

Because our specialized publications and books undergo thorough quality checks to ensure you receive the most updated editions and materials, our processing and shipping timelines are structured as follows:

  • Standard Shipping Window: Orders are generally processed, packaged, and shipped within 15 to 20 days from the date of successful payment confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Once handed over to Shiprocket, actual transit delivery time depends on your geographic location (typically 3 to 7 additional business days depending on urban or rural connectivity).

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or regional/national public holidays.

3. Exceptions and Potential Service Delays

While we make every effort to fulfill orders within our standard 15-20 day timeline, certain unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected delivery extensions. These situations include:

  • Out-of-Stock Items: High demand during peak recruitment notifications (such as Upper Primary, WBCS, SSC, or Railway exam announcements) can occasionally cause specific titles to go temporarily out of print. If an item you ordered is out of stock, printing and fulfillment may add a slight delay. We will keep you updated via SMS or email.

  • Natural Calamities & Severe Weather: Shipments may be delayed due to severe weather events, floods, cyclones, or environmental conditions that impact transport routes or sorting hubs.

  • Administrative Interruptions: Local strikes, unexpected public blockades, or regional transit restrictions may temporarily affect courier movement.

In any event of an extended delay, our support team will communicate with you proactively.

4. Order Tracking Information

As soon as your books are handed over to our shipping partner, Shiprocket generates a unique tracking number. You will receive an automated notification via SMS and/or Email containing:

  • The name of the specific courier partner assigned to your package.

  • Your tracking ID / Waybill number.

  • A direct live tracking link to monitor the movement of your package.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undelivered Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including the correct recipient name, address, landmark, state, and a valid 6-digit PIN code, along with an active mobile number.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

  • If a shipment is returned to our hub due to an incorrect address or repeated refusal to accept the package, secondary shipping fees will apply to re-dispatch the order.
